How to classify the stock

Peter Lynch has classified the stock into 6 categories: Slow Growers, Stalwarts, Fast Growers, Cyclicals, Turnarounds, Asset Plays.

I tried to identify  my current current SG stocks as below, but how to identify the reits and trust?
