What are consideration factors to select a stock
Five Elements have to be considered when selecting a stock:
- The firm's General Long-Tem Prospect
- Quality of its management
- Financial strength and capital structure
- Dividend record
- Current dividend rate
How to select a defensive stock ?
- Adequate Size
- Sufficiently strong financial condition
- Continued dividends for at least the past 20 years
- No earnings deficit in the past ten years.
- Ten-year growth of at least one-third in per-share earnings
- Price of stock no more than 1 1/2 times net asset value
- Price no more than 15 times average earnings of the past three years.

Life is tough
I failed IVF again, the baby jouney is so tough to me, wanna cry, but no tears out.
It is mentally and financially torture.
Hubby and me both have not done anything harm others, we even lent our money to friends although they did not return.
So sad, but don't know how to do, it is really beyond our control. Only can envy other people can hug their own kids. Life is unfair.

MPF - fund switching
Hong Kong Hang Seng Index was at 26,030.29 on Jun 9, 2017. USA Nasdaq dropped 1.8% (113.846) to 6207.918 even Dow Jones was up 89.44 to 21,271.97. There is no good news to support market going up although sometimes Mr Market is crazy. Worry about the downward risk, I decided to switch my MPF from high risk equity funds to low risk conservative porfolio.
New porfolio will be 50% Conservative Fund and 50% Gurantee Fund. Currently my MPF porfolio is around HKD180K. Usually I don't put attention on my MPF until this year I want to declare and take back money as I am not live in Hong Kong recent years. But when I told my idea to my dad, he stopped me. I don't want to against my dad, so I havee to leave my money there. But when I think about my money was 180K at 2015, then later dropped after the peak. So I decide to take active control on my MPF.
Hopefully my fund switching is good decision this time. If market drop, I can buy back the equity fund at low price.
| Current Constituent Fund | % of Account Value |

| Asian Equity Fund | 21.12% |
| European Equity Fund | 25.65% |

英雄迟暮- Professor X and woverin
I went to Vivo City to watched the movie - Logan tonight. I feel so sad, professor X and woverin both died. 英雄迟暮, even super heroes like as professor X and Woverin also cannot escape from the time's calling. But can they let Professor X die in a peaceful and comforting way? When saw his death, it sadden my heart.
But this movie little bit shit, if they just killed that guy at the first place, the tragedies may not happen. I cannot comment too much, if the guy got killed in earlier stages, the producer or editor may not have the storyline to complete his movie.
Stock dropped, reits up?
Today market dropped. I hoped to buy some reits in lower price. But surprisingly, the reits price very resilient, prices dropped little, some even closed at higher price at the day. Does it mean the reits will go higher, if the most of reits dropped? If so, this scenario is applicable for long term or short term?

Hope one day I can find my fast growers, baggers in the Singapore stock. I am not greedy, one bagger already very sufficient to me
